CARERS ON CALL is a dedicated caregiving agency offering a wide range of care services to people who are either permanently or temporarily unable to care for themselves and is not limited to any specific age group.
Whether a person is elderly, frail, suffering from Alzheimer’s or dementia, physically incapacitated, mentally challenged, terminally ill, undergoing post-operative or post traumatic rehabilitation or simply in need of a companion, we have a service which can be tailored to suit the sensitive requirements of any person, with our trained and highly skilled caregivers to provide the care and compassion we all would want for ourselves.
CARERS ON CALL is dedicated to provide the highest level of professionalism in ‘caregiving’ or ‘assisted living’ and is delivered with empathy, warmth, compassion and friendliness with complete devotion and understanding.
CARERS ON CALL was formed by Michael and Malcolm, both of whom had a need for specialist care for their own parents during various stages of their elderly lives which included conditions of Alzheimer’s, extreme frailty, and total inability to care for themselves. Michael and Malcolm both wanted to fulfil their parent’s wishes to remain in their own homes they had lived in for so long, and loved so dearly. Based on their parent’s daily needs and requirements, and taking time to fully understand all care situations and assisted living requirements, they set out to form an agency of compassion, kindness and understanding that could offer tailored caregiving services to suit all people in similar need.
The CARERS ON CALL substantial staff complement comprises both trained caregivers and professional nurses. All staff are required to have professional training and are to be certified in their fields of expertise and appropriateness.
